Dual Control

With the Dual Control feature a Cooperation can be established based on a real four-eye-principle.
Dual control ensures that highly sensitive applications can only be accessed when an authorized user is connected, supervising the participant.

In a Dual Control cooperation, there is always a supervisor and a participant, who is working with the application.
When the user starts the base application it is locked, until the supervisor starts his Dual Control application.

The user can now work with the application and Supervisor Master is watching in observe mode:

Miller is able to see the current
Dual control state.

The supervisor is present and
the application is activ.

If Master does not press the trigger,
the access to the application is running out.

Once the trigger time has run out,
the application is locked again.
